Job Description
Practical, revenue-focused webinars for August 2026. We are looking for people already practicing and earning in agriculture and its value chain, to show Agripreneurs how to dive in.
This is not a general call for trainers or motivational speakers. We are recruiting practitioners who are personally, verifiably making money in one of the areas below, to walk Agripreneurs through exactly how it works: what it takes to start, what it pays, and how to get in. The areas listed are illustrative, not exhaustive; if you practice or earn from agriculture in a way not named below, we still want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
Practitioners across the following areas, including but not limited to:
• Agricultural Inputs and Agro-Dealership: agro-dealers, input distributors, stockists, regional sales officers, agronomists, and others earning through input supply and related services.
• Produce Aggregation and Market Access: aggregators, FPO and cooperative managers, off-takers, processor sourcing officers, produce brokers, and others active in bulking and market linkage.
• Agro-Processing and Value Addition: processors, cottage-industry owners, small-scale manufacturers, packaging specialists, and other value-addition practitioners.
• Livestock and Dairy Commerce: dairy cooperative managers, livestock traders, feedlot operators, veterinary practitioners, and other livestock-sector commercial actors.
• Financial Services, SACCOs and Digital Finance: SACCO business development officers, bank agribusiness relationship managers, microfinance officers, fintech representatives, and other practitioners serving farmers financially.
• Agricultural Insurance: insurance officers, intermediaries, agents, and other risk-service practitioners.
• Soil Health and Agronomic Services: soil-testing company representatives, agronomists, extension officers, and other soil or crop-advisory practitioners.
• Logistics, Storage and Cold-Chain: transport operators, warehouse managers, cold-chain providers, logistics coordinators, and other supply-chain practitioners.
• Agritech and Technical Services: agritech innovators, field operations managers, technical officers, and other digital or mechanisation-service practitioners.
• Data, Research and Market Intelligence: practitioners in enterprise mapping, market research, data collection and related commercial-intelligence work.
• Any other verifiable, currently active commercial role in agriculture or its value chain not captured above.
Requirements
• Demonstrated commercial success: an active, verifiable role in the area you apply for.
• Comfortable presenting to a diverse, mixed-literacy audience via Google Meet or Zoom.
• Confirmed availability for your assigned August session slot.
What You Will Deliver
One 90–120 minute session: a real example from your own operation and clear actions Agripreneurs can take afterward. Our content team helps structure the session; you bring the expertise.
