We are seeking experienced and results-driven professionals to lead the commercial growth and ecosystem development of a leading digital agricultural trade platform at county level.

Position Overview

To drive business growth, strategic partnership activation and management, community mobilisation, and overall commercial success of the platform within the assigned county.

• Lead strategic partnership development, onboarding, and management with key ecosystem players.
• Establish and support physical trade infrastructure for aggregation, logistics, and market liquidity.
• Design and execute county-specific community mobilisation, awareness campaigns, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Lead training and capacity building initiatives for ecosystem partners and key stakeholders to enhance collaboration, platform adoption, and commercial performance.
• Provide leadership, supervision, and performance management of county-level team members and deliverables to ensure high-quality execution and commercial results.
• Collaborate closely with county government structures to align commercial activities with local agricultural priorities.
• Monitor and report on commercial performance, partnership outcomes, and ecosystem growth.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Agribusiness, Marketing, Rural Development, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of progressive experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or last-mile network building, preferably in agriculture, agribusiness, or rural distribution.
• Proven track record in partnership activation, community engagement, and team supervision at county level.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent understanding of county-level governance and agricultural ecosystem dynamics.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the county.
