Are you an experienced agribusiness professional passionate about empowering emerging entrepreneurs? We are recruiting Part-Time Value Chain Business Coaches to join our youth-led agribusiness accelerator platform within the target counties which are Baringo, Garissa, Isiolo, Lamu , Elgeyo Marakwet, Mandera, Marsabit, Samburu, Tana River, Turkana, Wajir , West Pokot and Laikipia.

This is a part-time, performance-linked position with a flexible commitment per month, specializing in one of the priority value chains: Avocado, Irish Potatoes, Pyrethrum, Banana, Coffee, Sweet Potato, Red Meat, Dairy, Apiculture (Beekeeping/Honey), Chicken, Sorghum, Tomato, Leather, Fish, Potatoes, Mango, Cotton, Beans, Sim-Sim, Grounds Nuts, Green Grams, Watermelons, Cashew, Sunflower, Rice, and Local Vegetables.

Coaches will deliver hands-on business guidance to 15–30 agribusiness entrepreneurs in your assigned value chain, focusing on business planning, market linkages, revenue strategies, and Technology Innovation and Management Practices.

Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for interviews and will be subject to background verification.

• Deliver value chain-specific coaching on business skills and commercial strategies.
• Conduct field visits, group sessions, and one-on-one coaching to support entrepreneur progression.
• Facilitate farmer mobilization and high-quality extension services.
• Monitor performance using the digital Program Management System. 

• Minimum of a Diploma degree in Agribusiness, Business Management, Rural Development, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in value chain business development, sales, or extension services.
• Proven community leadership or coaching track record (e.g., CIG/FPO involvement).
• Motorbike riding ability is an added advantage.
