Job Description
A client is seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and proactive Software Products Sales Executive to drive B2B sales of their software solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in ICT or software product marketing, a sharp eye for identifying operational gaps in client systems, and the ability to propose effective technological interventions. They should be well-versed in emerging technologies and possess a sound understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC). This role demands strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to scope and articulate technical solutions to a diverse business audience.
Responsibilities

·       Identify, pursue, and close B2B sales opportunities for software products and ICT solutions.

·       Understand client operations to pinpoint system inefficiencies and recommend appropriate software solutions.

·       Document identified client gaps and requirements, and coordinate with the development team for proposal development, solution design and implementation.

·       Deliver professional system presentations and walkthroughs to clients and stakeholders.

·       Maintain and nurture strong relationships with business clients.

·       Stay updated on industry trends, system development practices, and emerging technologies.

·       Collaborate closely with business analysts to ensure client needs are reflected in product features and updates.

·       Gather continuous feedback from clients to support product improvement and innovation.

·       Proactively explore new markets and identify potential software opportunities.

Requirements

·       Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

·       Minimum 3 years of B2B sales or marketing experience in software products or ICT solutions.

·       Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

·       Strong understanding of software development processes and technologies.

·       Experience with CRM, ERP, or cloud-based SaaS platforms.

·       Excellent presentation and communication skills.

·       Ability to translate technical concepts into business language.

·       Familiarity with CRM tools and documentation practices.
