Job Description

Our client, a leading organization in the field of research, monitoring, evaluation, and capacity-building across Africa is inviting qualified and experienced consultants to support agribusiness incubation and acceleration activities in Kenya. These activities include training, mentorship, and market linkages aimed at transforming Kenyan agriculture from subsistence farming to vibrant, commercial agricultural enterprises.

Requirements

·      A bachelor's degree in Agribusiness, Agricultural Finance, Agricultural Economics, Development Economics, Business Management, or a related field. An MSc in any of these areas will be an added advantage.

·      A minimum of five years of hands-on experience in agribusiness training, mentorship, and market linkages, with a focus on agribusiness financing.

·      Experience in managing agricultural innovation or climate change adaptation programs, preferably within Africa.

·      The ability to translate technical content and deliver training in local and national languages that are most understood by farmers.
